Service and provider relationship

trykimik3.ai is an independent workspace that provides access to Kimi K3 through Moonshot AI's API. It is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Moonshot AI. Your use of generation features is also subject to applicable Kimi OpenPlatform restrictions.

The service is operated by GreenlandCommerce LLC, a United States limited liability company ("GreenlandCommerce," "we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Before billable generation, you must accept the current Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, minimum-age acknowledgement, and disclosure that content is sent to Moonshot.

The initial paid service is offered to customers in the United States. You may not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export restrictions, or provider terms.

Accounts

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You may not create accounts to evade limits, obtain duplicate promotional grants, or interfere with another person's account. We may require email verification, bot checks, or additional review.

AI outputs

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review and test output before relying on it. You are responsible for your prompts, your use of output, and ensuring that you have rights to submitted content. Artifact previews run in a restricted browser sandbox; the service does not execute generated server code or install packages.

Credits and subscriptions

Generation uses site credits based on measured provider usage and the rate version recorded for the request. A maximum amount is reserved before generation and reconciled afterward. Paid Starter and Pro plans renew monthly until canceled. Stripe webhooks, not browser redirects, determine payment and entitlement state. Cancellation scheduled for period end preserves the current period's promised access and credits until their stated expiry. Except where law requires otherwise, consumed credits and completed billing periods are non-refundable; verified billing errors are reviewed through support.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may block a request, withhold promotional credits, suspend features, or terminate an account to protect users, providers, or the service. You may not submit protected health information or content you are not authorized to send to Moonshot.

Availability and changes

The service may impose limits, disable billable features, change supported formats, or suspend access for maintenance, security, provider availability, legal compliance, or cost protection. We may change plans prospectively with notice where required.

Intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in submitted content. Subject to applicable provider terms and law, you may use generated output at your own risk. The application, brand, and original service materials remain the property of their respective owners. Kimi and Moonshot names and marks belong to their owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that output is accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Termination and deletion

You may request deletion in account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, legal requirements, or material risk. Content is scheduled for deletion while financial and security records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without excluding mandatory rights or venue rules that apply to you. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over GreenlandCommerce LLC and the dispute, unless applicable law requires another forum.
