Acceptable Use Policy

Use the service lawfully

Do not use the service to violate United States law, another applicable law, another person's rights, sanctions or export restrictions, Moonshot's applicable usage restrictions, or these policies.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service for malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, destructive cyber activity, fraud, spam, exploitation or sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, violent wrongdoing, unlawful weapons activity, deceptive impersonation, privacy invasion, or infringement. Do not create or expand facial-recognition databases without consent. Do not submit protected health information, secrets, or personal information you are not authorized to send to Moonshot.

Platform integrity

Do not bypass rate, credit, upload, safety, preview, or account controls; farm promotional credits; resell access; share provider credentials; probe other users' data; or use automated traffic that harms the service.

Generated code

Review generated code before use. Artifact preview supports a single self-contained browser document. Do not attempt to escape the preview sandbox, access application cookies or storage, navigate the top frame, open popups, submit forms, or contact external networks.

Enforcement

We may reject or record requests, disable capabilities, withhold promotional credits, require verification, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary. Contact support@trykimik3.ai if you believe an action was taken in error.
