Who operates this service

trykimik3.ai is an independent product operated by GreenlandCommerce LLC, a United States limited liability company. GreenlandCommerce LLC is responsible for the service's processing of personal information. It is not an official Moonshot AI or Kimi product. Data we process

We process account details, policy acceptances, prompts, generated responses, hidden provider-required conversation payloads, uploaded files, artifacts, usage and credit records, support messages, and limited technical and security signals. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe; we retain order, subscription, invoice, and credit-ledger records rather than full card numbers.

Kimi and Moonshot processing

When you start a generation, we send the prompt, selected conversation context, and any selected attachment to Moonshot AI's Kimi OpenPlatform to produce the response. Moonshot's current OpenPlatform privacy policy states that its services are controlled from Singapore, that user content may be used to provide, maintain, improve, and secure its services, and that collected information is stored on secure servers in Singapore. Review the Kimi OpenPlatform Privacy Policy before using generation features.

Other processors

We use infrastructure and service providers including Neon for PostgreSQL data, Cloudflare R2 for private uploads and Turnstile checks, Vercel for application hosting, Stripe for billing, configured email providers for transactional email, and Sentry or another configured monitoring provider for redacted error and performance data. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations described in their applicable terms.

Security and abuse prevention

We use encrypted transport, access controls, private object storage, short-lived signed URLs, webhook signature verification, and server-side authorization. To limit abuse, we temporarily store keyed hashes derived from IP address and device/browser information. We do not store the raw value in the risk-signal record, and those records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days.

Retention

Conversation content and hidden provider payloads remain until you delete them, request account deletion, or an applicable retention limit expires. Pending uploads and short-lived generation checkpoints are removed sooner. Account deletion revokes sessions and schedules conversations, attachments, provider files, and artifacts for deletion. Payment, subscription, credit-ledger, dispute, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained where required for accounting, security, and legal compliance.

Your choices and rights

You can update profile information, manage billing, delete conversations and attachments, and request account deletion from account settings. You may also contact support@trykimik3.ai to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use it or submit personal information if you are under 18.

Initial service region

The initial paid launch is intended for customers in the United States. The service may be unavailable where use would violate law, sanctions, provider restrictions, or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version, and material changes may require renewed acceptance before generation.
